Year 2013-2019 Epilogue

1. Important Science to overcome Gate

The author did respect the rare opportunity to go abroad for the second time and complete the research thesis in year 1993 with more great achievement in science technique technology than ever before. I did defend the research thesis in a small room with five examiner and a couple of postgraduate student. I did obtain the fundamental theory for rock dynamics and rationale for support design in rockburst condition, and solve one of the most difficult dynamics issue in the world history. I did not fully know their significance in science technique technology modernization in general due to a lack of broad knowledge. I did realize in year 2007 to 2009 that the 1993 thesis book was one of the best research thesis book in the world history. Somebody should have done recommendation for the Rocha Medal of the International Society of Rock Mechanics (ISRM) back in 1993. In year 1992 to 1993, the author did prepare an article and send it to the year 1993 3rd International Symposium on Rockbursts and Seismicity in Mines, Queen's University, Kingston. At the same time, the author did prepare another article of the world science technique technology peak discovery to an international journal in U.S.A., and to the year 1993 International Symposium on Application of Computer Methods in Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Xian, China (ref. Yi X. and Kaiser P.K. 1993. Short Communication: Elastic stress waves in mechanical bolts subject to impact loading. International Journal of Numerical and Analytical Methods in Geomechanics, 18(2), pp. 121-131). I did write down the discovery in these two article in year 1991 when I did prepare a article for publication at the year 1992 International Symposium on Rock Support, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, June. pp. 683-692. The author did wait for a year to submit them for publication in order to make sure that the theory was correct.

At the night in year 1993 before the author's presentation at the symposium in XiAn, China, I did realize that the paper did contain the unity law and theory for stress wave superposition and system vibration (ref. alt 1 , Xin1 Guang1 XYZT matter energy nearly elastic system vibration and wave propagation unity as well as revolution (including straight line or curve path) theorem; in year 2009 to 2013, English word "good" does contain word "go" and Chinese character "oO" for return). I did report this discovery during the oral presentation. But, I was yet to relate the theory to the Chinese Buddhism religion principle of " alt 2 yin1 guo3, bao4 ying4, lun2 hui2 - cause effect, report response, go - return - cyclic change" etc., especially its significance in the unity of science and Chinese Buddhism religion, their true meaning, and their relation to the ancient Chinese book of " alt 3 Yi Jing (Zhou Yi)" (ref. the Chinese character " alt 4 hui - return" as a small "o" inside a big "O", the English word "GOD, go - good - oD return" and "school, book, food, good, look, moon, room, tool, wood, zoo"). The above unity law and theory have a profound influence on the definition of " alt 5 zheng4 yi4 (jing ni)" (justice rights), as well as its verification. The chief editor of the above journal, professor Desai, from the University of Arizona did attend the symposium as the international speaker by invitation. In the year 1994, the author was working at the Geomechanics Research Centre of Laurentian University, Sudbury, Ontario province, Canada. I did talk about the XiAn symposium and send the paper to the Canadian Tunnelling Association to apply for a graduate thesis prize. A university professor did reply with a congratulation letter and a CND$450 check for a second place graduate thesis prize. The association is a member of the International Tennelling Association (ref. now I could not find any record of the prize on the internet). Canadian postgraduate thesis is available to the public via the Canada Thesis Service agency.

In year 1993, the author did send a paper with professor Kaiser to the 3rd International Symposium on Rockbursts and Seismicity in Mines, at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario province, Canada. The author did not attend the symposium because of the Einstein inference that "one can not be at two place at the same time". I did use wave theory to explain wave interation with an object in terms of wave length and object size in general. The author's thesis of 1993 did solve the general issue of wave generation, propagation, revolution and interaction with object. It did reach the peak of science technique technology and its modernization. In year 2009, on the basis of the thesis, the author did find that the Einstein energy equation is subject to modification.

The author did work in Canadian province of Ontario and Quebec from year 1993 to 2000, and did experience unemployment hardship twice in year 1995 and 1999. In October of 1999, the author did suffer from official persecution by the police gang, a medical doctor, mines site management etc. in Marathon township, Ontario province. In the March of year 2000, the author did fly to California from Toronto to San Franciso to work for the Autodesk Inc. in San Rafael, with the North American Free Trade Agreement visa. The author did suffer from wrongful unemployment fire since August 15, 2000 in the hand of the human resource officer and the company gate security officer at Autodesk Inc., which has the city police on call.

A few sentence is due to the (education) teaching system. A student who does successfully pass examination will receive a graduation certificate ( alt 6 bi4 ye4 zheng4 ming2). With admission letter and arrival, the student should receive a student card or degree certificate, such as the bachelor degree ( alt 7 ). The author did already achieve the Chinese rights duty bachelor (base) degree graduation after the fifth grade in year 1975, and the Chinese master doctor bachelor degree graduation ( alt 8 ) at the ninth grade in year 1979. In year 1979, the author did further go to the Hunan province capital Changsha for school mines study and research, and receive a graduation certificate ( alt 9 ) in year 1983. From year 1984 to 1987 in Sweden, the author did accomplish school mines or ministry study and research, or "postgraduate school of study and research" thesis book ( alt 10 ), pass course examination and research thesis book defense, and receive a Licentiate of engineering technology degree certificate, i.e., thesis book verification certificate ( alt 11 ), ( alt 12 ). The 1987 thesis book did clearly describe the seemingly complex fracture mechanics in simple easy terms, drawings and graphs. From year 1989 to 1993 in Canada, the author did again accomplish school mines or ministry study and research, pass course examination and research thesis book defense, and receive a doctor of philosophy graduation certificate. In terms of science, technique, technology, engineering, research and report literature, the one or two thesis book did reach the Nobel prize level and the Rocha Medal of the ISRM. The ISRM shall be pleased to bestow the Rocha medal of 1987, 1993 or the current year. Nobel prize in physics would be welcome. The dispatching system and unit in China, Zhong Nan (middle south) Institute of Mining and Metallurgy ( alt 13 ), should welcome the author to return, in order to honour and continue the constitution charter justice rights cause, peaceful revolution movement, four modernization, etc..

2. Conscience

(1) One may consider the simple laboratory test system as a simulation for the mountain tree and river system for everlasting life (ref. English word "damping" and "dam"). According to the test result, a mountain may consist of many a hill; and with biology cushion, the mountain surface may look more smooth and stable. The high mountain is the result of great matter and energy input. Low hill may help supply the matter and energy, and they must not be subject to separation or level into flat ground. The soil, water, light, plant and smoke provide supply for the tree forest. The Chinese farmer did find the most efficient easy way to maintain the earth ecosystem. For example, while maintaining forest and water body to move the earth, to burn firewood of dry tree leaf, cone, branch for cooking food or water at minimum energy consumption to keep health of man versus earth ball self nature, to use small tree log, mud brick, mud tile for one to two storey dwelling construction. The firewood ash is an excellent fertilizer, soil, and heat insulation material, and the smoke would release moisture to the atmosphere to aid precipitation, plant growth, earth ball revolution around its track - orbit in the solar system. One may consider the test system as a simulation of the food chain of the ecosystem, that is, all life form have relation or connection and influence one another. An ecosystem is also a knowledge and entertainment system with view, sound, motion or movement.

One may also consider the simple test system as a simulation of the Chinese character "Xia4 - down". It may simulate a society with the top stable end for the comprehensive agriculture on the surface of the earth, the steel rod as the mineral hoist line, and the bottom weight for the industry super structure. The stress wave at any place does reflect the system vibration, and the dynamic loading on the system does show up as stress that does increase with the mass, height and speed of the industry super structure, especially in the small or large mineral hoist line. To damage one serial element is to damage the whole system. The mineral tool making and the ministration are the two high specialty of the comprehensive agriculture. They may appear to be more low, more high than the agriculture surface, or on the same level (ref. English word "agriculture meal, menu and mind, with minimum mineral tool and ministration").

One may also considere the test system as a simulation of the Chinese character "Shang4 - up". It may simulate a tree with root, a trunk and branch that bear the wind and the rain. It may simulate a society with the comprehensive agriculture base on the earth surface, the essential ministration - administration line for the ruling super structure (ref. the Chinese Xia4 and Shang1 dynasty at 2100 - 1600 B.C. and 1600 - 1066 B.C. just before the Zhou dynasty at 1066 - 221 B.C., see also the Chinese characters "Gang4" or "Tu2", the city above the countryside). On the basis of the character "Zheng4 - justice", that contain the character "Shang4, Xia4, Zhi3", the ideal social structure is the comprehensive agriculture society of the piecewise unity river valley in a wide band "Yi4, one ---" shape, and a line path (plus bridge) across the river valley, where the essential ministration - administration line path is on the surface and goes up or down hill somewhat.

According to Marx and Engels year 1848 manifesto, the non-agriculture expansion and the lack of relation or connection and personnel flow among and between the comprehensive agriculture base and the rest of the society has been the cause and effect of "Gai3 Chao2 Huang4 Dai4 - change of ministry, generations and time era". The goal of reform ("Gai3 Zao4") is to inform people to achieve unity justice rights (ref. Mao ZeDong). The non-agriculture expansion does directly link to the increasing number of official office concentration in the city, the threat of thirst, cold, hunger, diplomatic certificate persecution, war preparation and execution. The accumulation of power for international world (external civil) war could suddenly turn into an internal civil war due to lack of civilization (Zi4 Fu2 Wen2 Ming2).

The fact that a steel can bear a dynamic load that is 66% more high than a static load does reflect the effect of the duration of loading. It is no surprise that standing, permanent static load does cause more damage than the equivalent dynamic load (ref. the 1776 United States Declaration of Independence did mention the foreign standing army to harm independence, such as limit time passport and its verification label, the ever increasing government tax and super structure). According to science philosophy of change, the history of elastic process is predictable and revolutionary, but, any non-elastic change event would be special and affect the present, future and past; one could back calculate the past or predict the future only if the there is full recording and explaination of the event (ref. the plastic deformation of a steel component does lead to its hardening and shortening of its service or longevity, the plastic metallugy of material to make a tool is a hardening work and may not be necessary for certain work). Conversely, the recording of elastic process can help recognize the time when yielding did occur, or predict time when failure will occur. Peace and memory will help with revolution and longevity. This research does prove that science is much more than assumption, simplification, mathematics formulae, metal money structure and machinery.

In medicine, there is a doctrine that a drug does take effect only if the dose is sufficient for a certain body weight. A false inference is that because the person is more big than animal, a pesticide that does kill the insect will shall not harm the person. Unlike the rare medicine, pesticide, herbicide and chemical fertilizer are subject to use every year, and the cumulative effect to a person who is born and does grow up with the food is detrimental. So is the cumulative effect of other form of waste and energy, such as air pollution, water damage, dust, smoke, machinery noise and vibration, electricity and electro magnectic wave generation.

(2) So far, the country world did pursue "Metal money as the utmost goal, upside down pyramid" capitalism. The damage to the people versus earth did turn out to be a disheartenment. Now that there is science technique technology modernization, and one can understand the dire condition of the people versus earth, each must stop damaging the people versus earth, but work for justice rights. The English phrase "Enough is enough" relate to the Chinese "Yi4 Nong2 You3 Fu2, Yi4 Shi4 Zu2 Gou4" (the rights farmer has fortune - happiness, the rightist has sufficiency).

(3) It has been a disappointment that the author of this research thesis does not have the condition to spread true justice science technique technology to the people, professional in the world (ref. the nuclear sentence in the 1848 Marx and Engels etc. communist manifesto: "---we will have an association in which the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all."). The spreading of knowledge is lacking in all country due to pursuit of metal money and non-agriculture job. The New China education system under the leadership of Chairman Mao up to about 1984 was basically a successful good example, but it did lack international recognition. Then, there was disintegrating social change in some country in order to increase industry and city, or urbanization, to downgrade the good people versus the dear earth. For example, in a capital country, the government - ministry system, including (education) teaching, does act as the user and sales person for the capital company. Metal money product does replace knowledge, science technique technology. They forget comprehensive agriculture and revolution, and distort justice rights. Generally speaking, the best way for the people government and ministry to fund study and research is not to give money grant but to ensure ministration good food etc., and honor the author for publication and demonstration to spread rights, science technique technology, etc..

(4) Scientist did computer research and application in order to use minimum resource to facilitate people to understand and appreciate the intelligence of thing, such as the earth, rock, tree, ecosystem, in order to respect, protect and cultivate the dear earth (ref. the match of the IBM Deep Blue Super Computer against the International Chess Champion). To make computer and robot to damage and destroy the people versus earth, or to play computer game for fun to kill time and risk people versus earth, is definitely wrong. It is sufficient for a small number of researcher to use the expensive technology tool to discover the truth and law of nature and then spread rights, rather than to make such tool into popular consumer product or machinery robot. The making of metal machinery and the concentration of energy that are capable of destructing the people versus earth, whatever the purpose may be, must stop because they are not compatible with the earth, and they are subject to use one way or another, here or there, to trade for life necessity. The Chinese character "Guan3 Li3" (supervision, manage) show that "in the dwelling under the bamboo or tree, oversee and cultivate the forest mountain, river, rice paddy and soil land with manual and mental work". It is wrong for the manager to make others do what the self would not do, design and build machinery and building that the self would not use and dwell in, build transportation way that the self would not move in, dispatch people out to outer space or a foreign land that the self would not go (ref. English allegorical saying "Incumbent manager [management] agreed as boss - income bent man ager [urge] greed as loss).

The experiment of the thesis does demonstrate the intelligence of rock, steel and computer. Now that some scientist understand and demonstrate intelligence of the earth and solar system with computer graphics, let the dear earth keep freedom. It is silly, dangerous and doomed for the people to compete with the earth, the moon, and the sun to take over control. The existing verbal and writing language and picture system such as the Chinese language character, drawing and photograph, can serve as communication and record purpose that are more or less compatible with the earth communication and memory ability. The extra tool, such as extravagant radio, radar, television, electromagnetic imaging, electricity or other power machine, not only waste rare earth resource and energy, but interfere with people versus earth ball self nature and the earth movement in the solar system.

(5) It is easy to realize that the walking step of a man / person does create wave that transmit up the head and down the feet in the body vibration system. Soft road such as rice paddy bank and soil road provide cushion to gradually strengthen the body and mind. The shouldering of water does also create wave from the foot. Such wave does condition the manual and mental function. The difference in the foot step of a tall and a short man / person and in different surrounding is small. But, if the wrong bifurcation of manual and mental work and ability develop, the so called "the rich get more rich, the poor get more poor" type of phenomenon would naturally develop. The elimination of walking and shouldering of weight does impose a serious threat to social equality in justice rights.

From year 1990 to 1993, the author did publish research finding in internal report, International Journal, International symposium, in Canada, U.S.A., China. The respect for fact, science technique technology history, as well as knowledge and talent, will lead to justice rights and revolution. Otherwise, a man / person may get stuck in negative rights forever. According to the observation and memory of the author and a professor in U.S.A., the microwave oven (to warm up or cook food) did begin to show up in supermarket in Canada and U.S.A. in about year 1991 to 1993. According to the website www.Wikipedia.org, there was microwave oven invention in the 1940's as a side effect of radar technology in the U.S.A.. Since the wave length was 12.24 cm that is much much more great than a water molecule diameter, the wave does create standing compression and tension cycle of vibration to cause water molecule to vibrate between among the molecule mass of organic matter to make frictional heat. In analogy to the frictional clamp test where the bottom clamp under impact did slide to make frictional energy dissipation, the quick heating effect of the microwave oven might be due to molecular friction instead of the heat absorption in conventional heating (ref. popcorn and volcano). The nutrition of food may be subject to damage in comparison to to the wood fire or steam heating. On the other hand, modern metal making from mineral rock does involve lethal chemical (ref. cyanide), and deep heating in metal ware may contaminate the food. Rock heat at depth is due to static and dynamic rock compressive stress under adibatic heat insulation condition. If there is drill hole, axcavation opening in the rockmass, steeply cut slope, or stripping of the surface cover and cushion, there may be heat and moisture loss, as well as rockmass elasticity and integrity loss (ref. heat dissipation compression of a refrigerator). The fish and sea weed in ocean would be excellent cushion, so are the forest and mud on the land surface. Many an elder people does experience the ear noise problem. It is likely due to late surgical removal of the natural earth wax plug, long term exposure to dry air wind in air conditioning cooling system, etc..

According to the Newton law of energy conservation, artificial electromagnetic wave such as radio, radar, electro-magnetic imaging, television, wireless communication or computer internet likely cause long term damage to tiny cell and nerve of living organism on the earth. The non-stopping electromagnetic wave likely not only cause resonance in certain matter but also cause certain other matter to change their natural frequency into those of the imposing microwave. These artificial wave energy has the likelihood of manipulating and destroying the memory of living being.

The vehicle and machine ground and surface noise on some continent likely reach the energy level that gradually damage the weather and the earth. The traditional burning of wood would provide the moisture and cloud that help move the earth, but the widespread non-stop use of electricity, fossil fuel and natural gas, etc. does waste the earth energy and might continue to cause the atmosphere to shrink and the earth ball self nature to degenerate. The double damage to the earth due to the exploitation of resource and the creation of static and dynamic load gradually damage the people versus the earth. Now it is year 2019, it is high time to turn towards justice rights realization.

(6) In the year 2009 - 2010, this author did discover the "XYZT Air ThermoDynamics Weather Change Principle", that is, snow, rain or cloudy day is the cumulative result of the moist air under compression by the atmosphere under heat dissipation, with the heat absorption in or transmission by the ground mass, that may already have existing water, frost, snow; cloud heat may also dissipate into upper atmosphere (ref. After rain or snow, the sky is open for heat dissipation into space, e.g., with snow cover on the ground, the night is not dark but visible, the snow does reflect light or heat into space, and it is much more cold than during snow). On the other hand, the snow may receive sunshine, moonlight or warmer air to melt into water, particularly if some bare rock or ground is out of the snow cover. An ecosystem with a layer of soil and biomass, a stream of water, hill, valley mountain, would keep warmth and store water to facilitate moderate temperature and precipitation in the system. This would increase wildlife. But, a great plain may have extreme cold and hot weather. The cold moist great rockmass may have slightly higher gravity or other forms of energy to induce rain etc. precipitation. The wind can use the precipitation as a rider matter to move the tree to rotate the earth (ref. the effectiveness does depend on the tree and landscape, tree with thick leaf cover and tiny branch can cushion the wind and pass more static moment to the stem, but they could also consume too much sunshine and wind energy). Organic matter such as ground biomass, tree and flow water can be excellent to absorb and store cold and warm energy as well as moisture matter. But, the concentration of water in deep reservior dam, river with forest shade, or underground storage, may not benefit the tree and air moisture. The static snow is subject to more natural control than the running water to slowly turn into moisture and cloud on the hourly demand of the earth.

A winding river with its rocky bank and low dam can probably directly move the earth, or generate moist wind to move the steady tree of the earth in all directions. Ideally, a cascade river does not only flow in the form of water stream but also in cloud rain (ref. the great Yangtze river of China). On February 11, 2010, this author did observe that the fine snow flake and grain may bounce from a snow ball, but get stuck to the existing snow flake. It is easy to understand that a moist ground mass can receive more rain. The high mountain peak has snow because the frozen rock can dissipate the heat of the air. The cool river valley can also dissipate heat to make rain or snow under the monthly cycle of air compression in relation to the moon face phase change (ref. on December 25, 2009, the valley snow channel from Minnesota to Arkansas states did have a lot of snow, but, the columbus region of Ohio state did have a little rain, because it is a hilly landscape with a lot of house with yearly non-stop hot water tank and winter air heating by furnace with natural gas). The cold weather is the pre-condition for precipitation at a later time. Therefore, people must have sufficient "food clothing shelter and rest or bed time" to bear the freezing temperature without artificial heating in order to receive snow. With significant heating of a place, the weather might have to get more cold to make snow. With snow cover, the weather is moderate, otherwise it would be persistently cold and windy because the earth ball does need to turn and move. Ample fresh water and tree would guarantee nice or good weather. On the other hand, if the ground temperature is too high (ref. it is difficult to give a number), the air compression process would cause the air to warm up on the ground surface (ref. 2009-11-08 special warm weather in Dublin city, Ohio at half moon when earth is behind the moon). The proof of dry air in U.S.A. and Canada is that the clothing out of a washing machine will become dry indoors or outdoors all year around. But, the breathing system may accumulate damage (ref. it is rare for people to read aloud or sing a song).

In the summer, the dry hot weather is an indication of a lack of fresh water evaporation. The exhaust from gasoline power machinery, electricity generation machine, and artificial cooling machinery make it worse. In hot weather, the people should use cool water to cool down the body in order to bear the hot weather to prevent the ecosystem from heat accumulation, and to receive rain or cool weather immediately or in time. Furthermore, the people must minimize the use of machine energy and underground resource in order to save the people versus earth ball self nature, forever. Only the most fit ecosystem and justice rights can improve with time to assist the forever everlasting earth ball self nature. One can prove in theory and observe in reality that the moist air, rain or snow does move up into sky and down to the ground on monthly cycle. In order to get rain or other precipitation, it is beneficial to water plant and keep waste water on ground surface. Otherwise, it is futile to shoot cannon into the sky or spray chemical catalyst with airplane.

One can observe and feel that the sun as well as the moon can cause precipitation or heat with adiabatic compression or flow friction with light wave pushing force and electromagnetic wave pulling force. Hence, if the frozen ground temperature is below the freezing point, snow is likely to accumulate; on the other hand, if the ground temperature is above the air temperature, heat may accumulate. This does explain the bifurcation phenomenon between the permanent ice place and the desert place. Snow and rain in most part of the northern hemisphere occur in the winter and spring season after December 30th of the solar calendar, when the sun appear to be most low, in terms of the sunshine incident angle. The earth might use the precipitation and wind, as well as other natural energy, to keep the spherical shape. Except for the seasonal weather change, the permanent change of the thermodynamic property of the landscape and air (due to cooling machinery) is very difficult, if impossible, to reverse. Appropriate human manual and mental effort may slowly and gradually improve the above thermodynamic property. But, powerful machinery can only make it more bad.

(iii) In year 1993, at the International Symposium on Computer Methods in Geomechanics in XiAn city, China, the author did realize and report on site the discovery of the unity theory of stress wave and system vibration in the paper of the proceeding. Professor Desai of University of Arizona on behalf of the organizing committee did praise the presentation in the absence of the author. However, in about one month of summer vacation, the author did try to find a job in Beijing without success. Year 1994 Graduate Thesis Prize (Second Place) from Canadian Tunnelling Association of International Tunnelling Association (a letter certificate plus CND$450 check for one third of the thesis). Year 1993 - 1995 Postdoctoral research engineer fellowship at Geomechanics research Centre, Laurentian University, Sudbury, Ontario province, Canada (NSERC grant).

(iv) The author, supervisor and associate did publish two article from the thesis in two international journal, three article in international symposium proceeding, and one article as poster at an international symposium.

(v) The author did realize in year 2003-2009 that the thesis is one of the best, if not the best, research thesis in the world. Back in 1993, It was worthy the ISRM (International Society for Rock Mechanics) Rocha Medal for a doctoral thesis. It is worthy the Alfred Nobel Prize in any subject, or the world OLYMPIAD science technique technology medal.

(vi) The Geomechanics Research Centre of Laurentian University did receive sufficient research grant from year 1990 to 1995 when the author was resident. It did receive a Strategic Grant from the NSERC in year 1995. Supervisor Peter Kaiser did gain promotion to the Chairman of ISRM. Associate professor Dougal McCreath ddi receive the Teaching Excellence honour of the Laurentian University. My year 1990 letter to then prime minister Brian Mulroney did lead to an international development project between Laurentian University of Canada and the Mian Yang Construction Materials Institute in Sichuan province of the New China. The Canadian Rockburst and Support Research Project at Laurentian University was a success.

The author did pay fee to apply for couple immigration permanent resident certificate on the job base in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, in year 1994 to try luck without paying an immigration lawyer for help. The author did receive approval in year 1995, which was a little surprise. The Canada government immigration office in Sudbury did provide a letter proof of immigration status to satisfy the request of the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto to change the Chinese passport from a "for public affair number" to a ordinary passport number, but, the passport service group did neither provide the information on Chinese passport policy, nor the year 1980 China Country Nationality Law Rule (which I did not know until year 2000 information on the world wide web).

In year 1995, the author did receive Master degree admission letter from the computer science department of McGill University. The author did go to Montreal city of Quebec provinve to look for a job at the McGill University, University of Montreal, and Noranda Technology Centre. The author did register a proprietorship with the city of Montreal, and three month later, did end up on a job of Analyst/Programmer title at the Flairbase Inc., a new contractor for the Noranda Technology Centre, Noranda Mining Inc.. The author never did find a permanent job in Canada, because many a employer is content with the status quo, but would not accept a world rightist-citizen, an outstanding more good professional. But, Many a fellow of the author did gain permanent job after doctor of philosophy or master of engineering degree graduation.

It is worth notice that in the west, there is several hundred speciality and job division, but, permanent job is scarce, and employer does not allow more than one job for an employee at the same time period, on the basis of the biblical sentence "a person can only have one master". According to Chinese language character and English word meaning, the meaning of "mining" is to understand and explain rights. "Extraction mineral" would mean to know and explain the extraordinary action of some mineral of the earth ball. The excavation and use of dear earth's mineral should be minimum.

(vii) On February 9, 1996, the author did receive the professional engineer license from Professional Engineer of Ontario, after receiving a doctor of philosophy degree certificate from Queen's University in year 1993, a permanent resident certificate in year 1995, a course examination in professional law and ethics, and year 1989 to 1996 Canadian yearly contract work experience. It is a pity that the office does demand yearly fee to maintain the professional engineer license.

(viii) In year 1997, in order to find a permanent job according to job advertisement, the author did pay fee to apply and receive a Canadian (rightist) citizenship certificate in Montreal city, Quebec. The author did clearly understand the difference, in both Chinese language character and English language, between the two honour of "Gong1 Min2, citizenship" and "Min2 Zu2, Guo2 Ji2, nationality" (ref. bureaucracy does falsely take both as the same country ownership of people). In the same year, the author did pay to apply and receive a Canadian passport. In comparison to the Chinese passport at that time, the Canadian passport does contain only English and French language, extra item of nationality instead of citizenship, a steel stamp of "Canada Passport Office" instead of official name and signature as verification, an expiry date in five year instead of a preparation ready limit time sentence in the China passport of that time. Since about year 2000, the China passport did westernize to symbolize or signify overall westernization without normal authorization by the people.

(viv) In year 1997, the author did find a two year job contract as a senior engineer at the Hemlo three mines site in Marathon, Ontario. At the same time, the author did register "XY RocCAD Inc." with the federal government, and in year 1998 the author did register a "RocCAD" computer software program copyright with Canada copyright office.

(x) In year 1998, the author did ask and receive an adjunct professor appointment letter from professor Will Bawden at the Mineral Engineering department of University of Toronto, Ontario.

(xi) The author did apply for a job on the world wide web, and in February of year 2000, did receive a permanent job position as quality assurance (school rightist-citizen) engineer from the Test Development group of Autodesk inc. in San Rafael, California (ref. group leader David Lein, temporary HR officer Johnny Prewid, a few interview personnel, president and CEO Carol Bartz). Year 2000 resident certificate card from United States Social Security Number administration in San Rafael. Unfortunately, on August 15, 2000, HR officer Andrea Tsingos, gate security officer Fred Giani, group manager David Lein, did arbitrarily terminate the author's engineer job. Year 2001 (school rightist-citizen) engineer in training certificate from California state board for professoinal engineers and land surveyors. Year 2002 permanent resident certificate card from United States immigration and naturalization service agency.

4. Acknowledgement

(i) Despite a difficult beginning in 1989 when the dispatching institute - university in Changsha, China did impose a one year limit time agreement and two year limit time passport to finish the doctor of philosophy degree in Canada, and the author did arrive at Queen's University one month late for the graduate course due to new limit time of China passport and Canadian Embassy visa delay, the research thesis was an unprecedented success in science technique technology, etc.. Unlike the previous 2.5 year research in Sweden from year 1984 to 1987 with China going abroad research and livelihood scholarship, the Canadian university did provide graduate research fellowship for this one. Except for the one year wage that was about the ticket price of one way air flight, the dispatching institute - university in China did not participate in the research. The author's wife did obtain permission from both institute - university in Changsha to come to Canada two year later in 1991.

(ii) After the June 4, 1989 TianAnMen Square event, the New China did again face foreign isolation. In Canada, the author did write to the former prime minister Brian Mulroney to suggest New China and Canada cooperation in Mining. Then, the author did participate in field investigation of support in rockburst prone ground in several Canadian mines in Ontario and Quebec province with professor Dougal McCreath and doctor fellow Luis Castro from Brazil. the author did write a short report to give it to Dr. McCreath who did write a thick report. The author did not include own report in the doctor of philosophy thesis at that time because it was not original research. There was a scholar exchange project between MianYang Construction Materials Institute in SiChuan province and Laurentian University with sponsorship by the federal international development agency. In year 1992, the author did write a letter to Chinese supervisor professor Sun ZongQi to invite him to attend the International Symposium on Ground Support, but did not receive a reply. A group of Chinese engineer and professor did come to visit the Inco mineral company but return immediately to China due to high cost of hotel (ref. professor Wang from my dispatching institute - university did leave me a telephone message). Dr. Peng ShengLin the same institute - university in Changsha did come to Laurentian University for half year of visiting research. One day, we did drive to Toronto to meet with the visiting group from the same institute - university in Changsha, including president Huang BoYun, in a small hotel.

(iii) The author did literature research and design the laboratory experiment with the immediate approval of supervisor professor Peter Kaiser. The idea and approval to set up the testing in the basement of the steel reinforcement concrete building were due to the Geomechanics Research Centre of Laurentian University. The author did order material with the "best quote business method" and implement the laboratory experiment with the advice of civil engineer master Sean Malroney. Physics master Glen McDowell did bring the strain gauge and a 286 portable data acquisition computer that he did use for master research thesis, to assist me in the experiment. The author did have the opportunity to use his own Zenith 286 laptop computer to do computer C language programming, and the do the data processing analysis (ref. cheap price of CND$2000 in year 1991, the computer sale person at Laurentian uiversity library did say that the computer was robust and did go through test in the gulf war; the price of the 386 laptop computer of the same brand was about CND$4000 in 1991). The author did step to step testing according to the test results and analysis. The author did strive to self-teach computer programming with Turbo C/C++ by reading book since year 1989. A postdoctoral fellow at Queen's University from England, Dr. Andy Hyett, did recommend the "grasp the TC graphics" book, then in 1991, a postdoctoral fellow from Turkey and U.S.A., Dr. Sina Yazici, did recommend the "Turbo C/C++ Complete Reference" book and cheap pocket book by the Dover Publisher. I did practise on the 286 laptop computer in the evening and at weekend. For the experiment, the author's Wife, Hu, did occasionally help lift and drop the heavy weight in the evening to avoid disturbing others. But the Geomechanics staff did occasionally help lift and drop the heavy weight during day time class hour, partly to test a micro-seismic monitoring device. Some student did hear the noise but the microseismic device did not pick up the seismic wave.

The author did type the thesis manuscript in the same 286 computer. The author did believe in climbing science peak and return to homeland without worrying about employment. Such optimism is generally lacking in the western country where the metal money is the utmost goal. The Asian or Chinese food in the store and restaurant come a long way from the Asian or Chinese people. To the disappointment of the author, the author's dispatching system and unit were never interested in the return of the going abroad postgraduate researcher according to the original plan. The Central South University did clearly decline to accept the return of the author from Canada and the United States of America in 2003 with the world's peak science technique technology modernization research thesis and software product, contrary to all historic experience, Mao ZeDong Thought (thinking) and hope, party open policy, communist revolution, truth and belief, and far great ideal. As a result, the author's father Yi ShiPu (HeCai, TianYi, 1926 - 2003) did die on Novermber 27, 2003. He has been the author's long distance connection to the homeland from 1979 to 2003 with letter correspondence, communication etc..

(iv) The research thesis was a success beyond expectation. With the elapse of time, there is more and more realization of its revolution in terms of philosophy, science technique technology etc. modernization, verification of justice rights. This will help extend uphold justice rights, and correct positively mistaken error, save people versus earth. The disappointment is that the thesis did not receive evaluation comment at the thesis defense and afterwards (ref. at the thesis defense, the 4 examiners did just pass it). However, \tTo play massive secret dumb game is contrary to rights witness.

(v) In year 1993, the author did buy special heavy paper type to print the thesis for hardcover binding, according to Queen's University requirement. It is interesting that back in year 1983, Professor Lai HaiHui, one of the going abroad researcher supervisor, did give the author a thin small book on English typing in Changsha. In year 1987, upon return from Sweden, the author did buy a manual English typewriter at the foreign currency store at the (education) Teaching (ministry) Bureau Building in Beijing. The author did give it as a gift to the school mines department library in Changsha. To the disappointment of a few of us (ref. prof. Zhang and Lai and the librarian Wu), it did type blurred letter on the photocopy machine paper. The typewriter did suffer from disposal against the author's wish. In year 1987, the author did use foreign currency to buy a ShangHai brand bicycle in Changsha Friendship Store. After about half a year, spmebody did steal the bicycle from the No. 4 Teacher Worker Building. In retrospect, a more heavy paper should provide more soft cushion against the type writing impact, and should show more good quality of letter. This author should point out that the pencil, paper and rubber eraser that were the writing tool of the author's elementary school, remain to be the most effective and beneficial writing and calculation tool. Among all metal structure and machinery in history, the manual typewriter and the bicycle are likely the best.

(vi) The author did publish a few paper from the thesis on two international journal and four international symposia. Between 1994-1995 at the Geomechanics Research Centre of Laurentian University, a scientist at the Cuban Academy of Sciences did send a postcard to the author to request a journal article, but the secretary did say that she will take care of it.

5. Recommendation

(i) In the 20th and 21st century, there is condition for peaceful free development in most part of the world. In order to prevent to gain less than loss, going abroad post master school mines or ministry should keep existing condition at the time of going for rights (Qi3 Ni4 / Yi4), and gain bilateral or international sponsorship for world international study and research cooperation, in order to openly publish world people rightist research thesis and passport report to the world, to spread rights and gain Jingdom classics experience, and to extend uphold justice rights, correct positively mistaken error. People of the world should continue to perfect the three academic degree of Buddhism religion, or rights duty teaching, i.e., (base) Bachelor school, doctor school rightist, master school rightist, in order to realize modernization, face justice rights, face the world, and face the future (ref. Chinese leader Deng XiaoPing). Additional or further specialty study and research should be post master [post doctor, post license] school rightist (citizen), school mines study and research, i.e., preparation ready for ministry. The author would like to welcome compensation for my lack of job wage and hardship of myself and family during the long march going abroad school mines or ministry study and research from 1984 to 1987 in Sweden and then from 1989 to present time in Canada and United States.

(ii) Today, computer does come with digital sound recording hardware and software. If the software does allow saving recording data into an ASCII file, then an individual can use the computer for science technique technology research (ref. special data acquisition card for computer has been too expensive for an individual).

(iii) To keep the dear earth forever, the eight character of justice rights, should be the normal way of life (ref. manual and mental comprehensive agriculture). The word "mining" does mean to understand and explain rights. The world extraction mineral production must not exceed the mineral growth rate that is minimal. Instead of excavation, breakage and chemical dissolution of mineral solid, or drilling for mineral gas or liquid, extraction mineral work should gather mineral sand or waste matter to make solid agriculture tool etc..

The science technique of the most simple system does remind us that although a brain is like a computer central processing unit, other body part, from the top hair to the bottom finger, does have certain memory and action function, which will improve with training, practice, positive correction, system coordination and cooperation. For example, the author still remember song, instrument music, Chinese language dialect, character and text recital, frequent experience sight picture etc., from elementary school time. As a youth from the traditional justice rights base, or agriculture heartland, of China People Republic, it is easy to see that, there is a lot of science technique technology in many a traditional Chinese character, such as the character word "Ming2 Ni4 / Yi4" for English word "mining".

(iv) The world people rightist research thesis and passport report by the author from year 1983 to present did provide the indication and proof that the man kind search and research on the dear earth in order to live, cultivate and protect the everlasting earth are nearly complete. Most of the cost of, or capital funding for, search and research, development, production, military defense or invasion, etc., in the past and present did and does serve as the tuition fee of (education) teaching, study and research, or even careless and ignorant damage or destruction to the people versus earth ball self nature (ref. university, institute, school mines study and research, military war preparation).
